The Website allows Users (as defined below) to:

view the Products (as defined below), such as various German language courses and German text control, which can be purchased through the Website;

pay the amount due to "Deutsch Sprechen - ich bin fit" for the purchase of the selected Products, based on the Service (as defined below) chosen.

These T&Cs define and regulate the general conditions of use of the Website and the Services provided to the User by "Deutsch Sprechen - ich bin fit", as identified above, in the person of the legal representative

The illustrative photographs of the Products have a purely representative function and have the sole purpose of presenting the Products. Consequently, the Company declines all responsibility and does not provide any guarantee with reference to the correspondence of the graphics of the Products published on the Website and that of the Products served.

PRICES

All prices include VAT. The cost of managing the service is included in the price of the Products.

SERVICES
The Service offered by "Deutsch Sprechen - ich bin fit" to Registered Users is a service that allows them to:

select the Products that the User intends to order and purchase;
pay the amount due to the Company for the purchase of the Products offered on the Website;

Confirmation of the order and conclusion of the contract

the User will receive order confirmation by e-mail, with a summary of the Products ordered and the relative prices, the place, date and time slot of service and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself. The sales contract will be considered concluded between the Company and the Registered User when the latter receives the order confirmation.

A delay or malfunction of the computer or of the internet network by the Company gives the right to postpone the appointment and to agree on a new day and time to perform the service.

Complaints

Any dissatisfaction must be immediately contested by the User, specifying the reason for the dissatisfaction by telephone or email.

Responsibility

The Company undertakes to implement the Services in good faith and to fulfill, or cause to be fulfilled, with the utmost diligence all the obligations established herein in the spirit of study and organization that characterizes and must characterize all the activities and services offered and used by Users through the Website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since this is a service, once performed, there is no right of withdrawal

USER OBLIGATIONS

The Registered User agrees in any case to (i) not to use machines, algorithms, software or other automatic functions to generate the recall of pages or materials, (ii) not to generate page recalls, through "chain letters" , e-mail or other means, by which a person or a group of people is requested to consult a page and (iii) notify the Company immediately in the event of a suspected breach of the security of their Profile.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Company undertakes to implement the quality standards relating to the Products up to the end of the execution of the service and the sending of the receipt/invoice which concludes the service.

The Company declines all responsibility for the information, data and any technical or other inaccuracies that may be contained on the Website.

Any disputes relating to the execution of the Service may be raised, under penalty of forfeiture, within 48 (forty-eight) hours following the service by writing to info@deutsch-sprechen.com or by telephone

The Company will not be responsible for any damages deriving from the inaccessibility to the Services deriving from problems connected to the network, to the providers or to telephone and/or telematic connections of which it has no control, to the failure and/or defective functioning of the electronic equipment of the 'User.

The Company assumes no responsibility for content created or published on third party sites with which the Website has a hyperlink ("link"). The User who decides to visit a website linked to the Website does so at his own risk, assuming the burden of taking all necessary measures against viruses or other malware.

For each order placed, "Deutsch Sprechen - ich bin fit" will issue a specific receipt or electronic invoice. The data provided by the Registered User at the time of the order will be included in the relative receipt/invoice, it being understood that no changes will be possible following the issuance of the receipt/invoice itself.

RESOLUTION. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to delete the Profile and/or not to allow the User to access and use the Website and the Services or part of the same, at any time and with immediate effect, in case of violation by of the User's obligations pursuant to the previous Articles (Methods of registering on the Website), (Fee and methods of payment) and (User's obligations). With regard to these Users, "Deutsch Sprechen - ich bin fit" is entitled to cancel orders placed and not yet delivered without prior notification.

Access to the Website may also be temporarily interrupted in the event of technical problems or to ensure its maintenance. If possible, such interruptions will be communicated on the Website.

Extra-judicial conciliation

Pursuant to article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the Registered User can make use of the joint conciliation procedure (the "Joint Conciliation").

The procedure can be started if the Registered User, after having lodged a complaint with "Deutsch Sprechen - ich bin fit", has not received a reply within 30 days or has received a reply not considered satisfactory by him.

Further Disputes

Any disputes connected and connected to the use of the Website and the Services contemplated therein, which are not susceptible to a settlement through the Joint Conciliation procedure, are reserved to the Italian jurisdiction and territorial jurisdiction.

Specific approval of the T&C pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 codes. civ.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341–1342 cod. civ., the parties declare to have read and understood, and therefore to expressly approve the Articles (Change of the T&C), (Website Registration), (Products), (Product Delivery), (Right of Withdrawal), (Obligations of the User), (Limitations of Liability) (Termination. Termination of Services), (Additional Information) and (Applicable Law. Disputes).

Therefore, with the release of his/her definitive authorization for Registration, the User fully and explicitly approves, without any reservations, the aforementioned clauses and identified in detail in the previous paragraph.
